Lomox is a minor character in TRON: Uprising.
History[]
Lomox, a voiceless giant with a terrifying fixed grin, first appeared as Gorn's assistant, intimidating her clients and aiding her in the handling of the dangerous code worms she used to illegally modify identity discs. She shooed him out when she spoke to Pavel, who referred to him sarcastically as "talkative." Lomox later used a code worm to insert a prefabricated false memory into Paige's identity disc. However, Gorn, at Pavel's instigation, planted false evidence in Lomox's disc as well, clearing Paige by framing him instead. He was last seen in the custody of General Tesler's guards, shaking his head wildly at the evidence against him, but unable to explain verbally that he had been framed.[1]
General information[]
Physical appearance[]
Lomox is bald, and unusually tall and muscular for a program. He wears a white lab coat over his light suit. The lower half of his face is frozen in a rictus-like grin, rendering him unable to speak.
Trivia[]
- Lomox is one of a small number of programs on the Grid who are not named after a term or figure in computing history. However, the name evokes the word lummox, an epithet for an individual one considers stupid or clumsy.
