Gage is a minor character in TRON: Uprising. He was the leader of a criminal gang in Argon City.

History[]

Scars, Part 1[]

Gage and Perl in Scars Part 1

Gage and Perl discriminated against a crowd of ISOs until Tron and his security team came and intervened. Although they initially felt guilty when reminded they were ruining Flynn's vision, Perl and Gage soon became hostile after a Basic in the crowd they were in was derezzed. Immediately blaming the ISOs, Gage, along with an entire group of Basics, rioted and attacked the ISOs.

The Renegade, Part 1[]

Gage and Perl were at the 0001001 Club, when Perl saw Zed sitting alone, she looked at Gage for confirmation to go approach him, to which he nodded to her in confirmation.

The Renegade, Part 2[]

Perl and Gage in The Renegade part 1

Gage was first seen down by Argon's docks, examining the loot his minions brought in while other gang members reveled around a bonfire of burning truck tires. Perl gave him the ENCOM-786 baton, and he rezzed and examined the vintage light cycle, but he claimed it was worthless and attempted to wreck it on purpose, riding it over the bonfire and crashing it into piles of crates. When the gang captured Mara and Zed, he looked on as Perl insulted Zed's "pathetic" demeanor, adding a few insults of his own. He was among the programs who pursued the two when they escaped with the ENCOM 786, and smirked, when they appeared to be cornered in a maze of cargo containers, that he was going to enjoy this. However, Zed's quick thinking in dropping a crate from a crane hanging above blocked their path, forcing them to redirect straight into a fight between Paige, Cutler, and the Renegade.

The resulting pileup allowed all of the pursued programs to escape, leaving the gang with Paige, who kicked Gage and several others to the ground and detained them all.

Trivia[]

  • Gage's light cycle and light wall are yellow, matching the secondary color of his circuitry. This was a feature of various programs in the early episodes of TRON: Uprising.
